This area of Arizona has some beautiful outdoor areas where you can spend time together enjoying the fresh air. Check out these outdoor places for couples in Queen Creek, Arizona.

San Tan Mountain Regional Park

If the two of you enjoy hiking, San Tan Mountain Regional Park is a great place for couples. The many trails offer varying levels of difficulty so you can decide how strenuous of a hike you want to take. The trails are all clean and well maintained, with beautiful scenery to see along the way. Keep in mind that there is no shade at all so make sure to bring a hat and cover up to you don’t get too much sun.

Mansel Carter Oasis Park

Mansel Carter Oasis Park is a new park in Queen Creek. This new outdoor area is enormous with twisting trails of cement sidewalks for walking and biking. There is a fish-stocked pond if you want to bring your fishing poles and try your luck, and at over 5 acres, it is large enough that you can find your own secluded fishing spot. You can even pack a picnic lunch or late afternoon snack to munch on while you sit on one of the many benches. Lots of people are out enjoying this new park, and it has a lot of areas for kids to play, but it is also a great place for couples, too.

Queen Creek Olive Mill

Learn all about Queen Creek Olive Mill’s award-winning extra-virgin olive oil on a tour of the grounds. This attraction offers tours that start outside and then end up indoors for a presentation and tasting. The tour includes information about the whole olive oil making process from planting to processing, and if you want to stay for lunch, the cafe offers pizza and sandwiches along with cupcakes made with their olive oil. Sit outside among the olive trees while you enjoy your meal, and then you can even shop for some olive oil to bring home.

Veterans Oasis Park

Spend some time exploring Veteran’s Oasis Park in nearby Chandler. This park is also a water recharge facility and an environmental education center. There are lots of trails to explore whether you want to go for a run or just take a leisurely walk. Choose an easy flat trail or try one of the more challenging routes with changing elevations if you want to get some exercise. This park also has a lake stocked with fish if you want to sit, relax, and drop a line, and it is also a stop for many migrating birds so make sure to bring your camera or a set of binoculars.

Stop by one of these outdoor places with your special someone and enjoy some time outside in the beautiful Arizona sunshine.
